Пиво Pedestal (Vic Secret) - Badlands Brewing Company

This is our line of single hop beer. We single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all it's isolated, lupulin filled glory. We use our house yeast, the same malt/water profile and change only one thing: the hop. This version features the hop: Vic Secret. We taste big notes of pineapple backed by subtle pine, hints of citrus and mixed tropical fruit.
