Oats oats oats! This oatmeal stout was brewed with 2 different types of oats and built on a big, soft, full bodied malt base. It was built to taste like a big bowl of chocolate oatmeal without any harsh astringency and just enough bitterness to balance it out. It drinks softly with a mild sweetness. We taste chocolate, coffee, toasted almond, and cacao. We will be reaching for it often.
