Buenas Noches is an intensified and imperialized version of Buenos Dias, brewed with organic lime juice, organic lime and organic peel, and a touch of sea salt. This beer pours yellow with a slight haze and white foam. The aroma offers intense citrus notes with coriander underpinnings. Zesty lime flavour is accented with a drying salt edge in the mouthfeel. The finish is slightly warming, but clean and dry.
