This release in our hop exploration and education series, Stonefly IPA version 5 focuses on one of the most popular new hops in craft brewing, Mosaic. Prized for its big fruit and clean bitterness, it has a layered depth of complexity as a finishing hop. In this Stonefly expression it shows guava, bubblegum and cedarwood, with blueberry, pine resin, honeydew and herbal black tea following. The finish has a distinct berry fruit sweetness on the palate.
