Concilio Et Labore: The motto of Manchester, loosely translated is Wisdom & Effort. A big chewy British IPA, brewed to modern standards. Crystal 100, 150 & 400 bring a chewy marmalade and dark sugar base with a chestnut colour. We've hit it hard by Admiral in bittering and trio of First Gold, Goldings and Pioneer late hop additions finish the job on a big and bold IPA. DDH isn't just for East Coast and NEIPA, we've dropped a huge 25kg of old school bangers in fermenter. First Gold, Goldings and Jester for a full aroma of Kentish fields and hedgerow berry delights.
