A celebration of things that hibernate. This series is an ongoing experimentation of ideas coming from our barrel room. This iteration of bear worship is a blend of saison and golden sour. After 12-16 months of slumber in barrels we conditioned the blend with tangerine and cinnamon. Expect light acidity, medium body and a dry finish.
