Пиво Saison du Meyboom (2021) - Brasserie de la Senne

The 2021 edition of Saison du Meyboom highlights an exceptional hop of Burgundian origin, an ancient variety that had disappeared: the Petit Blanc. By some miracle, our favorite German hop planter found it again. Hence, it was grown on Germain soil. Its color is hazy, opalescent, blond, and with a creamy foam. Its flavors evoke the fruits from the South of France (ripe apricots, peach, melon), rustic cereals (spelt, wheat), as well as floral notes. The palate is smooth on the entry, and dry on the finish. Its bitterness is fine and balanced. It is extremely thirst-quenching, and we hope it to bring some sun into this rainy summer!
