Brekeriet Collab.Pickener Farmhouse Ale is a collaboration brew between Brekeriet and the German phantom brewer Pickener. This saison is fermented with different yeast strains, including Brettanomyces yeast. The beer is refermented in the bottle which gives a thin layer of yeast at the bottom of the bottle.
