This refreshing summer ale is our pilot brewer's spin on the classic Belgian white ale. Using a base of white, flake, and red wheat to create a light bodied hazy beer; we then added Spanish orange peel and sichuan peppercorns for a refreshing spice note. The combination of traditional German hefeweizen and California Ale yeasts give this beer a banana and clove aroma with a smooth clean finish.
