Batch #2 (2017) - Monumental version of Cuvée De Mortagne (the barrel aged version of Land Van Mortagne). The unusual high Alcohol content of 16% AVB is obtained by a slow natural fermentation with Morpheus Yeast. The end result is full bodied quadrupel with strong notes of Pedro Ximenez type Sherry. The beer has been aged on sherry barrels for 1 year.
