Gyle No. 469. This Small Pale Ale is brewed to be refreshing and low in strength, yet full bodied and boldly flavoured. We increased the proportion of Dextrin Malt and Flaked Oats, and fermented with London Fog to increase body. It features Chinook leading a 12 g/L dry hop charge, backed up by El Dorado.
