Our take on another classic German style, Brighter Skies is the first Helles Lager to come out of Collective Arts Toronto! Helles Lagers are a bit fuller bodied and offer more sweetness than your typical lager and we made Brighter Skies with this well rounded tradition in mind. Brewed with Mittlefruh hops and a blend of German basemalts, this beer delivers light floral and hay notes with aromas of fresh bread and honey, plus all the crisp, refreshing character you'd expect from a lager.
