Пиво Synchronicity - Collective Arts Brewing

This bottle conditioned Saison is made in pure Synchronicity with our friends at Humble Bee. Brewed with Barbe Rouge Hops and made with local Hamilton honey and brettanomyces (a very specific type of yeast!), this beer has aromas of fresh morning dew, gooseberries and just a hint of limoncello! The brew is effervescent, with flavours of crabapple preserve, woody herbs, hay, and tea soaked biscuits, finishing very dry and is the perfect end-of-summer sip.
