Beer prior to prohibition reflected the local agricultural businesses with ingredients sourced from local growers providing unique local flavors. Partnering with Admiral Malting from Alameda and Gigayeast from San Jose we’re able to create a west coast classic using local Golden Gate Lager yeast and fresh, California grown, malt for SFBW 2020.
