Пиво Hives On Mountaintop - Esker Hart Artisan Ales

Hives on Mountaintop is a Grisette inspired Farmhouse Ale. The beer was designed as a Grisette, yet with the addition of local Bridgewater, NJ Wildflower honey and brettanomyces, the beer left the realm of a Grisette and became a Farmhouse Ale. Post fermentation, the beer was aged on cotton candy grapes adding a subtle sweetness and white wine nuance. Cheers!
