Brewed at the Propagator. This Brut IPA is extremely dry and light colored, a nod to champagne, which is a traditional New Year’s Eve drink. The name is a play on the popular New Year’s Eve song Auld Lang Syne, with a special enzyme used in the brewing process to give the beer it’s champagne like qualities. Clean, crisp & surprisingly drinkable, this bone dry & bubbly IPA is as close as you’ll get to hop champagne.
