-Brewmaster's Collective Exclusive- Inspired by the brewing monks of Belgium, this strong dark abbey ale was brewed with dark caramelized Belgian Candi Sugar syrup and a special yeast strain from a Trappist Monastery. We then aged it in California brandy barrels, adding toasted oak, vanilla, and caramel layers to the already expressive profile of bananas foster, apple fritter, and caramelized sugar.
