Both were inoculated with Brettanomyces Lambicus and Lactobacillus Brevis, the result is a 50/50 blend. Vinuous aromas, peppery, clove and spicy barnyard. Flavors are white wine-like, pepper, clove, a hint of passion fruit, refined Oak character, finishing off crisp, quenching with a fine carbonation. In addition to the grapes, Brettanomyces Lambicus and Lactobacillus Brevis were introduced to these barrels.
