Пиво Lion cLAAWs - Firestone Walker, Los Angeles Ale Works

Brewed at the Propagator. A collaboration with our Beer Besties LA Ale Works, this is our third foray into the “Haze” trend. A slight bitterness is complemented with notes of citrus & tropical fruit. Mosaic, El Dorado & Azacca hops were used in the brew & dry hop, with LA Ale Works' Sacc Trois yeast was used in fermentation. Part of a series experimenting with different yeast strains.
