Made in collaboration with Whitcraft Winery, Santa Barbara. We used 2015 freshly pressed Pinot Noir skins & fermented them with one of our wild beer creations in 100% American Oak barrels. The result is delicious: toasty oak, cinnamon, and leather tussle with hints of sage. Floral notes of rose mingle with strawberry & pepper flavors, supported by an earthly yeasty nose. Velvety tannins give way to a wonderful acidity & carbonation.
