Brewed as a Berliner Weisse Style that was kettle soured at The Propagator, this beer was then sent to Barrelworks. It sat in a puncheon & then stainless steel where passion fruit from Shanley Farms was added. The result is highly quenchable with prominent notes of passion fruit & a slight tartness.
