Fermented with a blend of three yeasts, producing hints and whispers of drippy stonefruits, bright citrus and a refreshing dry finish. Brewed with gobs of fluffy flaked grains for a pillowy mouthfeel. Bitterness was added in the form of columbus hops for balance, then hopped with gluttonous mounds of mosaic and amarillo to further enhance the flavour profile from the yeast. Low ABV but full of character; it’s Clyde built.
