Acid Mother is our Caipirinha inspired Gose beer. Brewed with German Pilsner malt, Wheat malt & soured with our own Lactobacillus mother culture. The lime juice & salt were added after primary fermentation. Assertive tartness, with citrus notes & just a touch of salt to balance the lactic & citrus acidity. The result is one refreshing Acid Mother f*cker!
