This West Coast Pale Ale was brewed with Falconer's Flight 7C. The US Falconer's Flight 7C is made from a blend of popular 'C' hop varieties which include Centennial, Cascade, Citra, Cluster, Chinook, Crystal and Columbus. This hop blend gives distinct tropical, floral, lemon and grapefruit attributes.
