Harvest Moon Jellies (2021) is brewed with Maris Otter, Wheat and a large amount of Dark Brown Sugar added to the boil. It is then dosed with Ceylon Cinnamon in the whirlpool, refermented on a massive amount of Raspberry and Cranberry, and rested on Ugandan Vanilla beans for a nice long while. The result is a brightly acidic, expressive Imperial Sour Ale that bursts with Cran-Ras flavor and jammy Autumn pie vibes.
