This is our original 312 that was recirculated on 2 different Dark Matter Coffee Beans – an mix of El Salvador Tuxpal Natural Coffee and Guatemala Kviek fermented Catnai. Fruity and roasty notes showcase the Coffee while a subtle nuttiness melds with the base 312 in the flavor.
