Its important to build your house on a solid base. Pilsner malt forms the backbone of the recipe. Wheat and Oat malts were added to fill out the body and give you that signature pillowy mouthfeel. We're pretty sure there's a rule that Citra hops must be in a hazy but we also added Amarillo and Galaxy to boost the citrus depth and give a peach/passionfruit aroma. Expect some additions to this base in the future.
