Chris McCleary (Christmas Larry) from Handmap Brewing is a Goose Island veteran and has been making fantastic beer in Battle Creek, MI since 2020. Hands Down, his return to the Goose Island system, is a lightly dry hopped at the very start of fermentation. Expect some complex malt expression with subtle sweetness and a hint of berry and fruity aromatics from the zero hour hopping.
