This beer was brewed to celebrate the 23rd anniversary of the one, the only, Michael Poat. Mike has moved well over a million kegs of beer during his time here and you'll never catch him without a smile on his face. Mike's a big fan of traditional style beers so naturally he chose a Kolsch to brew to celebrate his many years of service to GI. After an extensive hop rub, Mike chose Zuper Saazer and Huell Melon for a classic Kolsch a hop profile with a sight fruit character.
