Albert brewed this Yuzu Sanchi Saison with his buddies at Gogyo. Its complex flavors and approachable profile makes it the ultimate companion to a wide range of dishes in Gogyo’s “from Tsumami to Ramen” concept. It starts with a pleasant bouquet of stone fruits, osmanthus and spices notes on the nose. Follows with subtle spicy and citrusy notes of sansho and yuzu on the palate, which helps cut through the richness of grilled and fried dishes. The Saison yeast profile blends in with biscuity malts and honey-like characters. Finishes crisp and dry with medium body.
