Every now and then, Albert would visit Butao for his comfort food - a good old bowl of tonkotsu ramen. He was told repeatedly that the soup base is the soul of the ramen, and he should be drinking nothing but water to truly appreciate it. But what he truly wants is a fruit smoothie or beer to go with it. One time, he gathered all the courage he got and brought his homemade yuzu smoothie ale into the shop, ready to be told off by ramen snobs. This caught the attention of the curious chef, who doubtfully took a sip.
