Пиво Pombe African Ale - Horse & Dragon Brewing Company

This African-inspired pale ale was made in partnership with our colleagues in Colorado State University's Fermentation Sciences Program, at the behest of CSU's Africa Center. It boasts a grain bill that is almost half millet. Each sip is a distinct malt-then-hop flavor experience, beginning with the earthiness of millet and transforming to grassy hop flavors, leaving a lingering hop bitterness. Enjoy!
