Malt versatility is on display in this light-bodied and layered smoked helles. The beer features all Troubadour malts, including a cherrywood-smoked rye that Steve and Chris smoked right outside the brewery! Starting lemony bright with slight biscuit sweetness, the beer remains crisp throughout. Though the smoked rye is only a small percentage of the full malt bill, slight fruity smoke and spice come through the finish in particular.
