Batch 1 - Imperial stout brewed with English Golden Promise, Chocolate malt & Roast wheat.  Fermented with English Ale yeast, and hopped with Apollo. Rich and full bodied, this beer was primarily brewed to be put down in Red Wine barrels, however the offering currently available was conditioned exclusively in steel.
