Пиво Petaluma Fuzz - Brut Rosé IPA - Lagunitas Brewing Company

We brought a bunch of out French friends out the brewery in Petaluma to whip up this unique collaboration creation. It’s an IPA brewed with Petite Syrah juice for a sweet-and-fruity flavor and a fuzzy pink-ish hue, then dry-hopped with a massive dose of Cashmere, Azacca, Citra, Chinook, Sabro, and the experimental HBC 344 hops for a bitter but super dry bite. It’s quite a site with the flavor and aroma to match... it’s good to have friends !
