Пиво Sour Wheat-Ly-Esque-Ish-Ness - Lagunitas Brewing Company

We threw some Z-Row Malted Barley and a couple different types of wheat into our Mash Tun and soured it on the hot-side with lactobacillus, then dry-hopped it with Equinox and Citra to make this dank and resinous, yet tart and sammable Sour Wheat-ly-esque-ish ness Ale.
