Our first lager from the new brewery and we couldn't be happier with it. This Helles is based on a classic malt bill of imported German Pilsner malt, Munich malt, and a touch of melanoidin malt. This malt bill gives a wonderfully bready malt backbone for the subtle white wine grape aroma from the Hallertau Blanc hops and classic lager yeast esters from a unique blend of lager yeasts.
