Brewed with Bryan’s brother-in-law Jeremy, who helped develop the concept for Millpond, to celebrate Millpond’s First Anniversary! This saison is brewed with ginger root, Penja pepper, and rested on 100 lbs. of pears. Bone dry and crisp, with effervescent carbonation. Pleasant fruit and peppery spice character from the yeast, and Penja pepper, pairs nicely with the spicy and floral qualities of the ginger root and the sweet juiciness of the pears.
