Пиво Blackcurrant - Mills Brewing

Part of a set of five fruited beers produced in tiny batches. Each fruit was placed into a firkin and topped up with Running Beer (Blend 7). The beer refermented on the fruit for 5 months, before maturing in bottle for a further 6 months. For the ‘Blackcurrant’ version, organic Herefordshire grown blackcurrants have produced a concentrated jammy beer with, quite frankly, well O.T.T. acidity. One for the sour-heads. All round a very intense beer.
