Mike? Are you still out there? Still complaining of hazy and juicy IPAs? Well, too bad, because we made another New England IPA, but this time with Galaxy, Mosaic and Ekuanot hops. What difference does that make? Well, quite a bit. This trio of hops bring a super tropical mix of mango, papaya and candied melon. Add a moderate bitterness, and you’ve got a super balanced IPA. Will Mike like this New England IPA? Probably not.
