Пиво Capo Di Hefe - Pulfer Brewery

Say hello to our little friend... This isn't ordinary wheat beer. This is imperial pastry hefeweizen. There aren't many beers like this in the world, but we brew it 'cause it was fun! Imagine hefeweizen brewed with banana, coconut and Madagascar vanilla. Weizen yeast already gave banana-like aroma and flavour but we wanted even more of that. So we put fair amount of bananas into fermentation to enchance those banana flavours. And then we conditioned it on Madagascar vanilla pods and coconut which produced really amazing taste. Lots of wheat and oats and touch of lactose for creamy body and there you go - crazy wheat beer! Silky and smooth, it really feels like a beach cake punch. This is why we brew! Capisci?
