Сидр Erbachhofer - Single Variety 2016 - Ramborn Cider Co.

Erbachhofer is a small apple with firm, aromatic flesh, and a balance between sweetness, acidity and just a hint of tannin that makes it one of the Sauer valley’s most distinctive cider apples. 2016 was such a bountiful year for the Erbachhofer that we were able to ferment some of its juice as a single variety cider. The result is presented here as a full-juice, still cider, lightly backsweetened to bring out the full character of one of our favourite local apple varieties.
