Пиво Forgot About Drei V2.0 - Rouge River Brewing Company

We have completely redesigned the Forgot About Drei recipe. This beer remains 100% brett fermented but now with a 5 strain brett blend from The Yeast Bay in San Francisco. This blend yields a wonderful assortment of pear, apple and peach character with a very light funk and acidity. Complex but still light and drinkable, we’re very excited about this new recipe. We’ve kept the hopping low in order to let the yeast character shine through. Malts: German Pilsner, Canadian Wheat, Flaked Oats, Golden Naked Oats, Special Aromatic Hops: Columbus Yeast: 5 Strain Brett Blend
