The tradition continues! Sibeeria Zima (Czech word for Winter) 2021 - the sixth year of our winter Barleywine is here. The extra-dense amber body is dominated by fruit esters of two different yeast strains. This year's version is unflavored and the beer is fermented more to be drier. Zima 2021 will keep you warm even in a freezy winter!
