Пиво Merci (Blend #5) - Side Project Brewing

Merci was blended for our friend Paul Hayden at The Wine and Cheese Place in St. Louis. We would like to say “Merci” for all his support of Side Project Brewing by releasing Blend #5, a blend of our Fuzzy Base, a Missouri Brettanomyces Blonde, and a puncheon of Oude Fermier. For this 5th blend, we focused on more "youth" to incorporate a softer, milder palate which will lead to better life and length in the bottle. We want this beer to express Side Project and our blending characteristics for years to come as you enjoy it now or later.
