In 2016 and 2017, Νοrway was one of the places we brewed some of our beers as gypsy brewers. Having established our own brewery in Crete since 2018, things have turned around, welcoming nowadays gypsy brewers from abroad who wish to brew their beers in the southern most craft brewery in Europe ! In fact, some hundred liters of this Saison were contract brewed in Crete " for Chill Bill ! What is Chill Bill ? In short, a Norwegian business concept built around the idea of chilling, trading from hammocks and sitting bags to inflatable mattresses and chilling brews !
