Raspberry + Wheat Beer

Using a traditional Munich Hefeweizen yeast and fermenting at a high temperature, we have captured a defined banana note. The combination of the yeast flavours and the addition of raspberries is reminiscent of a fruit salad.

A high percentage of Wheat gives a weighted and silky body. The effervescent nature of this style carriers the fruity aromas out of the glass for a heavenly drinking experience.
