Пиво In View - Town Brewery

In View is a Belgian-style Saison that was fully fermented in a French red wine barrel. We started with a base of all German malts, and then gave the yeast and the oak plenty of time to mingle and evolve. We packaged it, set it aside to bottle condition and now we feel it's ready. The aroma is blood orange, white wine and pepper and on the sip turns to lemon and green fruit with the spicy notes taking more of a supporting role. Finally, it finishes super clean with an extremely dry finish accentuated by the oak tannins and lively carbonation.
