Velvet is an American Double IPA crafted with a proprietary yeast developed in the Winter of 2023. Through each successive fermentation, we continue to adapt, hone our process, and push the boundaries of hoppy beer. Velvet is constructed to be a vehicle for intense hop biotransformation and lupulin expression in a wholly different, but equally satisfying way as our iconic House yeast. Our hop regimen begins with a hand-selected blend of American hops, forming a familiar foundation on top of which our brewers blended some of our favorite new varieties.
