Our own merger between American Westcoast IPA and New England IPA, that is, some sort of Midwest IPA. Light and edgy as a Westcoast IPA. Lots of fruity bitterness and also cloudy / hazy like a NE IPA. 6.5% is alcoholic strength. Kinky Cowboy is derived from the American singer, politician and author Richard "Kinky" Friedman. Amarillo and El Dorado have been used to hopping, and since they are also towns in Texas, the idea came with Kinky Friedman.
